Its creators claim that they have the precision of the human eye

Artificial intelligence, automation and the arrival of robots to jobs are some of the concerns of workers with the implementation of Industry 4.0. However, by 2030, two million jobs will be generated, although in some sectors the net balance will be negative.

One of these sectors is the textile, since automation allows sewing and making 800,000 shirts a day. The culprits of these figures are Sewbots robots that have a system of mechanical arms, needles and cameras capable of cutting and sewing the fabric in four minutes.

"We will install 21 production lines to make an Adidas shirt every 22 seconds," company president Tang Xinhong told the China Daily, adding that production will be so cheap that "even the cheapest company can not compete."

Tianyuan Garments, the main producer of T-shirts for Adidas, has acquired several of the robots for its new production plant in Little Rock, China, which will be operational by the end of 2018
